Love katana?

The tall slim guy couldn't believe what happened to him when he was down on the ground and the katana at his throat!
It must of been terrifying to see well trained troops with those.
Kendo, the Japanese art of sword fighting, is often paired with Aikido, so some of the movements are similar. I think this may be the third movement in Aikido.
Today, it is just a fun martial art used to develop self-discipline and self-defense skills. You don't need katana for this and can use anything to defend yourself, like a breaker bar for lug socket.
