Extremely dubious. I would check for a mileage blocker, here's one that shows how to check it in the first few seconds of the video. Even if it doesn't blink they might of removed it. I would try other methods to read the real mileage.
A good way to check is to check the wear of the windshield, look at different angles in the sun to see how many marks are in it, the more grain marks that look like sand grains the more mileage. You can also check the radiator fins, the more deformed the more mileage it has.
Then check the paint in front, under the front lip, check the suspension for dirt etc.
The best way is to take many close up pictures and inspect them at home.
