Last week, I was minding my own business, cruising with my Lambo, with occasional spirited driving, at the usual highway.

Then, suddenly, a group of three bikers suddenly appeared. One of them stayed closed behind my car and started revving its exhaust out loud. I didn’t respond. Then, after a while, he swerved around while looking at me, as if to intimidate.

What is the reason bikers do this? To show that they are better and louder?

Wanted to race? Who the hell race someone who can’t even afford a car, not to mention enticing racing on public street is illegal?

Also, do they not realize they are staking their lives against a stranger? One turn of a steering wheel or sudden braking could practically send them flying to their death. I’m encased in a metal. The bikers are not.

Just trying to understand the logic.

It could be a number of things, unless you talk to them it will be a mystery.

It could signify he wanted you to rev it so he could hear it, after all some of them are gear heads. I sometimes get the motorcycle salute. If you didn't punch it maybe he thought you were not really an enthusiast.

Or who knows since you have money it could signify you are a figure of authority and they may not like that?

Last summer my GF and I were heading out of town when a group of outlaw bikers were up front, they were slow! The last goon kept switching lanes preventing me from passing them. It was so damn annoying, I spent 45 minutes tailing those A h+_&%. I did some research and it turns out they think it's disrespectful to pass them.

Thanks for the response! I wish they saluted me like they did you, because their signals were all over the place. I don’t mind revving, just not in a tunnel full of cars. For a moment, the devil whispered, "Send them flying, I need help hauling lava rocks." Tempting… but then the angel showed me a vision of me playing my violin behind bars for life. So, I behaved 😂

So many entitled brats these days, acting like they own the streets and their existence means something. You put the brats together, and you get goons with mob mentality.

I think Luzifer nailed it as it could be a number of things. The Huracan is the only car I've ever had motorcycle guys give me the signal. One situation I had a superbike pull up to me on the highway on my right. He pointed forward like he obviously wanted to to race but I knew I had no chance or intention to beat him in a race so I pointed and his bike and he shook his head yes as if to agree and shot off like a rocket. Reminds me of a conversation I had tonight with a friend of mine. He is a police officer and was at scene yesterday with a biker that killed himself at 21 being reckless. With a girlfriend that is 6 months pregnant. I hate to generalize, but in my experience most bikers are reckless. And if they're not reckless, they're just assholes. I had a guy pull up to me and asked me why I didn't have an Aventador. He is on a $3000 bike. There will always be haters, especially when you own cars like this, but I wish people could realize that I grew up poor and just let me enjoy my car, because life is short

The haters are not smart enough to think for 10 minutes or have life experience, that you cannot judge a book by it's cover. I too was on the threshold of poverty for decades until I had to act quickly before going bankrupt. It was surprising how I perceived things when I was an employee compared to finally being on the other side of the coin and doing my own thing.

My cars are my reward to have the discipline to start and operate a one man business and climbing out of the pit. I had a lot of catching up in the happiness department and I"m fulfilling it now.

2 months to go!

The more I think of it, I think these haters are acting out of pure jealousy. I'm sure they understand the hard work behind our success and us paying more taxes. Whatever they do to deprive our fun makes them feel better. With this attitude, they will never achieve success and will forever be poor as they spend their energy towards useless things that contributes nothing towards their income nor life.

I guess this clip sums it up.

Had almost the same incident like 20 years ago when I was in a Porsche. Things always happen when I am trying to enjoy my car peacefully minding my own business.

Dude driving a scooter' drove next to me on the same lane of local street to provoke, but backed down when I gave him the most chilling stare of my life. I bet he still drives a scooter with that kind of attitude :ROFLMAO:

I think bikers are different in different areas. I have been in other states where they seemed fine. In my town, many (or most) have no respect for traffic rules and laws. Many ride around like they are the toughest things on the road and above the law. I don't get it either. Why be rude, reckless, rebellious, dangerous and aggressive when you are so unbelievably vulnerable. So many stories... I've seen some wild stuff with motorcycles in my town ...and they are a tiny minority in the Pacific Northwest.

In my areas, they are:
reckless bad bikers above the law
blackout cars wanting to race
big trucks hoarding all lanes so nobody can pass

What's up with that? I fail to fathom this lowlife human attitude. They get nuts when they see a nice supercar.

I and most people just want to enjoy driving, minding own business, and get home safely. Am I getting old.

I deal with the public every day and I learned there are many more unrespectable people than I thought. Way more.
