For the upcoming garage build, I’d like some advice and confirmation that the steering ratio for a Huracan won’t make my layout too difficult. Tried to explain with this video

This is very interesting! Like @Luzifer said you will he fine!

I will calculate it with math in details when I get the chance! I think you can park Huracan easily. For AV or Rev with longer wheel base, it will be close.

Slight update on driveway layout and preparations. When we start with the garage, the flower land will be moved a bit to make more room for the Huracan driveway

Getting closer to start building now. Size of the garage is now to be decided. Max 30 square meters is what is allowed in this case. What ratio would you guys recommend? 4,2x7,15?

Yes, 4 x 7 m at the minimum so you can align the car in one turn if needed.

The largest width as you can because if you want to do some maintenance you need room on the sides like putting a jack to remove a wheel and more room needed on both sides if using quickjacks to get under the car. Also if you bring in things into the garage you try to minimize the risk of scratching the paint while walking alongside it.

I would sacrifice a little bit of length for width.

Do you work on your vehicles like maintenance and repairs?

The allowable dimension of your municipality is quite restricting, basically only the car will fit, not much else. Can you downsize the carport so you can have a bigger garage?

Ah. Thanks. Missed it.
Not much maintenance or reps myself.
Existing buildings is what it is. Can’t be changed

I think 4x7m is more than enough. Maybe I am accustomed to Japanese style garages. Sometimes you wonder how they open the door or even get in and out of the car. The mirrors are folded and the car is parked inside with minuscule 1 cm extra width. No auto drive.

My garage would be big enough if I had no tools or supplies but with them I'm always afraid to drop something on the car. Just trying to fix the cars it barely leaves me room to move around.
